TetoBot Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

By using TetoBot in any Discord server, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Information and Jurisdiction

TetoBot is developed, maintained, and hosted by Ourpxi Studios, based in the Republic of Costa Rica.

These terms are governed by Costa Rican law, including Ley N. 8968 (Proteccion de la Persona frente al Tratamiento de sus Datos Personales), Costa Rica's data protection law.

2. Intellectual Property and Disclaimers

Character disclaimer:

"Kasane Teto (c) LINE / Twinite / Oyamano Mayo. Arte Oficial: Sen (Senmumu)."

TetoBot's name and theming reference the Kasane Teto character under the ownership listed above. Ourpxi Studios does not claim ownership of the character or associated artwork.

Source code: All TetoBot source code, architecture, and internal systems are private and proprietary to Ourpxi Studios. No part of the bot's codebase is open source or licensed for reuse.

3. Acceptable Use, Abuse, and Termination

To keep TetoBot usable for everyone, you agree not to:

  • • Spam commands or intentionally overload the bot

  • • Attempt to break, exploit, or abuse bugs or vulnerabilities in the bot

  • • Use the bot in any way that circumvents its intended moderation function

Penalty for abuse: Users found abusing the bot may receive a permanent ban from using TetoBot.

Moderation exception: Even if you're banned from using TetoBot's commands, the bot will continue to read and process your messages for server moderation and auto-moderation purposes (for example, spam detection, filtered content, rule enforcement). A usage ban does not exempt you from the server's moderation systems.

Termination: Ourpxi Studios reserves the right to terminate TetoBot's access to any user or any server, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

No warranty: TetoBot is provided "as-is." We do our best to keep moderation accurate and the bot running smoothly, but we are not liable for damages, lost data, missed moderation events, or moderation mistakes (false positives or negatives).
